1. No Physical Shipping

Please note that all our products—such as PDF notes, Previous Year Questions (PYQs), and study guides—are 100% digital products. We do not print, pack, or ship any physical books, CDs, or documents to your home or physical address. No courier or postal services are involved in our delivery process.

2. Digital Delivery Method

Your purchased digital materials will be delivered to you electronically. You can access your files in three simple ways:

• Instant Screen Download: As soon as your payment is successfully processed, a download link will immediately appear on your checkout “Thank You” screen.
• Email Delivery: An automated email containing the invoice and direct download links will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout.
• My Account Dashboard: If you created an account on our website before or during checkout, you can log in at any time, navigate to the “Downloads” section, and access all your purchased files.

3. Delivery Timeframe

Digital delivery is instantaneous. You can expect to receive your download links immediately (within 1 to 5 minutes) after a successful transaction. Our system operates 24/7, meaning you can purchase and download study materials at any time of the day or night.

4. Technical Issues and Delays

While our digital delivery system is fully automated, occasional delays may happen due to bank server issues or email routing. If you have paid but have not received your files:

• Please check your email’s Spam or Junk folder. Sometimes automated emails are redirected there.
• Ensure that the payment was successfully deducted from your bank account and the order status is not showing as “Pending” or “Failed”.
• If you still cannot find your files after 15 minutes, please reach out to our support team with your Transaction ID, and we will manually send the files to you.
