• All our products are entirely digital. We do not ship any physical goods or printed books to your physical address.
• We reserve the right to modify the contents, prices, or descriptions of our digital products at any time without prior notice.

3. Pricing and Payments

• All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We use secure, RBI-approved third-party payment gateways to process transactions.
• We do not store your credit/debit card numbers, UPI PINs, or any sensitive bank details on our servers.

4. Shipping and Delivery Policy

• Because our products are digital (PDFs/e-books), there is no physical shipping involved.
• Instant Delivery: Upon successful payment, you will instantly receive a download link on the checkout "Thank You" page.
• You will also receive an automated email containing the download links for your purchased materials.
• If you create an account on our website, you can access your downloaded files anytime from your "My Account" section.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Due to the digital nature of our products (which can be downloaded immediately), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once a purchase is made and the file is downloaded.
• Exceptions for Refund: A refund will only be initiated if a duplicate payment was made due to a technical error, or if the downloaded file is corrupted and our support team is unable to provide a working copy within 48 hours.
• In case of a valid refund request, the approved amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 working days.

6. Intellectual Property

All study materials, notes, and PDFs provided by Archana Academy are for your personal, educational use only. You may not resell, distribute, share, or reproduce these materials commercially without our explicit written permission.
